The World Walking-the-Plank Championships

Oooh aaarrrgggg me 'earties, avast landlubbers, they're here for their 10th year. Not quite as traditional as the Cotswolds Olimpicks or the ancient Abbots Bromley Horn Dance, but just as integral to British history and just as much fun!

In a fantastic throw back to the days of wind torn ragged rocks, smugglers caves and vicious pirates terrorising locals, the ultimate punishment has been re-invented and we're all going to walk that plank!

The 'world walking-the-plank championships' are judged on a number of factors including use of piratical language "weigh anchor or ah'll give ya a taste o' the capn's daughter" execution of 'jump' and height of splash, originality of costume and overall star quality!

This is a one day tour departing from London at 8am and returning in the evening, after the championships are over, the party begins, so don't forget to bring a change of clothes, your wooden leg, a parrot and a sense of humour!!!
